Invitation For Bids​

Lutheran Social Services of the VI is not accepting bids for this project at this time, but will be in the very near future.

Lutheran Social Services of the VI will be soliciting proposals from licensed and insured contractors for the construction of Sister Emma Cottage, located at Plot #71, Concordia West, St. Croix, USVI, with a net area of 10,329 sq. ft. The project consists of a one-story, 24-hour building to be utilized as residential facility for severely disabled individuals. More information on this project will be published shortly.
