The Home-Based Program

Our Home Based services are available to children from infant to three years of age. A Home Based Visitor will visit the home weekly for about 90 minutes and assist the family in identifying areas which the parent feels are important to their child’s development. The Home Based Visitor will also provide support and guidance in assisting the family with identifying and achieving goals. Home visits are scheduled at a time that is convenient with family routines. Twice monthly, socialization’s are held on general topics for discussion, training, or hands on activities. This allows an interchange with other parents and support in mastering parenting skills.
