The Virgin Islands Terminal Services, LLC donated pampers, toiletries, nutritional supplements, and other necessities to Queen Louise Home for Children on Wednesday, September 10th, 2014.

The effort was led by the staff at V.I. Terminal Services, who made personal donations of which the company doubled in a match.  After the fundraising was over, staff members reached out to Queen Louise Home Director, Dana Holtz, for the Queen Louise Home for Children and Sister Emma Cottage wish list.  Over the following week, Wranda Dariah and Glenn Arrindell of V.I. Terminal Services went on a mission to five different stores on island to find the best deals and get the maximum amount of items with the money that was raised.  The end result was a van full of pedialyte, pampers, lunch kits, pillows, and other necessities that almost filled an entire room. This is the second year that the staff at V.I. Terminal Services has selected Queen Louise Home for Children and Sister Emma Cottage as the recipient’s of their company’s generosity.  Last year, V.I. Terminal Services purchased nearly every item on the Queen Louise Home wish list, overwhelming staff with their charitable spirit.
